To all users who have submitted application through this website, azevisa.com will provide a refund of service fee if their electronic visa application is rejected by Government of Azerbaijan.
Unfortunately, if a user received an approved application, azevisa.com will no longer be able to offer a full refund.
In order to request a refund, please consider the following conditions:
• Users can request a refund up to 30 days after the payment date.
• By agreeing to comply with the terms and conditions, as well as using the services of azevisa.com, applicants understand that the processing of submitted application will start immediately and the applicant will get their approved e-Visa within 3-72 hours, at which point a refund will no longer be available.
• By contracting the services of azevisa.com, the applicant waives his/her right to undertake legal actions against azevisa.com and agrees not to hold us or our staff, shareholders, or other agents accountable.
Requesting a Refund
If you wish to solicit a refund, email us at [email protected]. In the refund request, users must include the following information: full name (as it appears on passport), email used to complete the application process, reference number and reason for the request.
All received refund requests will be processed within 72 hours from the initial request.
